Current scope
These public terms describe the website and any operator-authorized evaluation. They do not represent an active public sale, public download, customer delivery, licence issuance, or support-level commitment.
Local-first product boundary
Archivist is designed for local-first archive workflows on macOS. Users remain responsible for data handling, retention, backup, and applicable legal obligations.
Verification boundary
Integrity and evidence features assist review. They are not legal advice, a substitute for counsel, an independent accreditation, or a guarantee of evidentiary admissibility.
Warranty and liability
Any operator-authorized evaluation materials are provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. Separate written terms must precede any future paid fulfilment.
