By requesting beta access, downloading, or using Archivist (the “Software”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. “We” refers to Centennial Defense Systems, Inc.
During private beta, any access we grant is limited, revocable, individual, and non-transferable. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software or access credentials.
Archivist is designed for local-first operation. Your archive content is processed on your machine for core workflows. You are responsible for your own data handling, retention, backup, and legal obligations.
We provide beta access, onboarding guidance, and email support for approved testers. Feature availability may evolve over time. Roadmap items are not guaranteed delivery commitments, and public availability may change.
Archivist includes integrity and evidence workflows intended to assist review. These outputs are informational and operational in nature and are not legal advice. Archivist is not a substitute for legal counsel.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE, IF ANY.
Public checkout is currently disabled. Archivist is being distributed through an application-only beta program, summarized at /refund.
You may not use Archivist for unlawful activities, abuse license controls, or attempt to bypass security, licensing, or integrity mechanisms.
Archivist and related materials are the intellectual property of Centennial Defense Systems, Inc.
These Terms are governed by Colorado law. Venue is El Paso County, Colorado.
