Archivist lifetime licenses are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the software does not function as described. Contact support with your order details.
Annual licenses are eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the license runs to the end of the annual term.
Email support@archivist.tools with your order ID and reason. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Founding pilot participants receive direct onboarding. Access decisions are made case by case. Contact support for any questions.
